The Serene Panglao Island Nature Resort
Panglao Island Nature Resort is one of the quiet beach resorts in Panglao, a 4th class municipality in the province of Bohol. Having traveled to lots of white sandy beaches in the country, my heart beams with pride that the Philippines indeed has a bounty of diverse and attractive destinations for both local and foreign tourists. Every one of the over 7,000 islands that comprise the Philippines archipelago has places to explore, and I haven't even gone to at least 50 of them!
Good thing my job entitles me to official trips with our Chief Executive Officer, our Head Office Resident Manager, and our internal auditors for conferences held in our different branches nationwide. Plus, we get to travel for our inter-branch summer outings which we all look forward to every summer.
Anyway, this time, we get to go to Panglao for the Managers' Conference.
As we reached the resort, the white sand beach and the sight of many tourists having the fun of their lives greeted us. There are high-ceilinged, thatched-roof huts and each air-conditioned guest room reserved for us provided superb amenities. Exquisite cuisine was served throughout the duration of the conference, so we had to head off to the gym at the early hours of the day so as not to gain those unwanted pounds. We also had fun swimming at the white beach but the men had the most exciting moment of their lives as their eyes feasted on gorgeous, topless, sunbathing beauties there. Men! We ladies indulged ourselves to a spa treatment, and it was amazing to relieve all the stress from our busy urban life.
